Walmart expansion impacts

Longtime Sherona Way resident submitted a signed neighborhood petition and photos describing unshielded lights in bedrooms, late-night baling noise, trash over fences, and safety fears; asked the commission to deny or impose enforceable conditions including shielded lighting, a traffic study, and demonstrated compliance.

Chabona Way homeowner and local teacher described a car crash through her back fence that Walmart refused to share repair costs for, and said Walmart should prove it can be a responsible neighbor before expanding.
